March Favorites !

Hello Beautiful!

How have you been? Me? Oh, I've just been so mentally and physically exhausted due to MBA and other activities but Blogging is my happy space and I always feel better here. I hope my posts do the same for you (:

So it is time to share my most used and loved products in the month of March. It is going to be a mix of beauty and non beauty related products and as you will see I kept quite low on the Makeup in March but don't you worry my makeup game is back in swing in April :D I like to switch things up you know ;) Okay without any more babbling, here are my favorites from March:

1. J. - Junaid Jamshed Deodorant Body Spray - COLORS:
     I rediscovered this in the beginning of March and it has been my travelling fragrance ever since and went everywhere with me in my hand-bag through out March. I love how long lasting it is on me and how fresh it smells. I'm not into fruity fragrance at all and I like how it's not very sweet smelling, has more of a strong element to it and I love my fragrances a little muskier.

2. Jordana Best Lash Extreme Mascara:
     This Mascara is love! It's the only one I used and loved loved throughout March. I love how it provides both volume and length in just one coat. it is the perfect pick me up for my lashes. You can see it doing its magic here.

3. The Balm Cosmetics - Hot Mama:
     It is what it is, Hot Mama! I'm in lovvvveeeeeee with this Blusher! It blends so flawlessly on the skin and gives just the right peachy gorgeousness to the cheeks with a subtle golden sheen. I can even apply it with no light source and it'll still look flawless. 

4. NYX - Dark Circle Concealer in Medium:
     As much as I kept my makeup minimum, I had to cover these dark dark under eye circles I have acquired thanks to insomnia. This concealer is more of a corrector than a concealer because it has a strong peach undertone that contracts the blue undertones of our dark circles and this stuff corrects my dark circles so well! I used it every time I used foundation.

5. Freeman Facial Polishing Mask- Charcoal & Black Sugar:
     This is hands down my favorite scrub for my face so far! I like how slightly warm it feels on the skin and that it's neither harsh nor too soft as an exfoliator/scrub. It even gets rid of the blackheads on the nose. I finally repurchased it and have been using and loving it in the previous month.

6. Crest White Deluxe - High Shine - Toothpaste:
     I've always been a little picky when it came to toothpastes. I stick to what I like and do not experiment but in March I gave Crest a go and now that's all I use. I can't really say if it has brighten my teeth but it has definitely cured the sensitivity to a great extent. I have sensitive gums and this isn't harsh on them. I'm not going back to my old or another toothpaste for a long time now.

7. LISTERINE Mouthwash - Fresh Burst:
     I started using it in the beginning of March and this is now my favorite thing to do in the mornings, nights and in between meals. I like how it's not harsh to my gums and although it's very strongly minty but I really like that in a mouth wash. 

I really like the combination of Crest Toothpaste with Listerine because the former has a very subtle taste of mint. Let me know what fragrances you like from Junaid Jamshed Perfumes and if you like sweet fragrances or muskier ones?

A Collective Haul !

Hello Beautiful!

I get so excited every time I receive something in my mail. You too? *High-Five*, Over the past two months I got to cross off things on my Wish-List (you can see them here), re-purchased the staples and received some as gifts and so I decided to combine them all in to a collective haul. 

1) Wallet from HOBO By HUB. This was sent to me by HOBO By HUB, such a kind gesture! I love love it.The quality is as expected from HOBO By HUB -amazing!

2) Freeman Facial Polishing Mask - Charcoal and Black Sugar. This is a repurchase. By far the best scrub i have used. Ordered from Glamshop.pk

3) Zoeva - Cocoa Blend Eyeshadow Palette. I finallyyyy ticked this off my Wish-List Yay! This was in my Wish-List for December'15 and January'16! I ordered it from my favorite - Zensky!!

4) L'OREAL Hydra Total 5 Moisturizer. This is a repurchase, it's the only moisturizer I use and love! I purchase it from Naheed Super Market.

5) Nivea Men Post Shave Balm - Sensitive. I'm sure if you are a makeup lover and YouTube addict then you already know what this product is used for (apart from a post shave balm). You're right! A primer! This "trend/practice" was started by Nikkietutorials (Youtuber). I ordered it from Zensky.

6) Color Studio Professional - Kohl Addict - Black Kajal. I purchased it from the Color Studio Kiosk in Naheed Super Market. I have read good reviews for it so decided to give it a try.

7) Color Studio Professional - Pure Matte Lipstick - Predator. I've been looking for another Red Lipstick - we can't have enough Red Lipsticks right? A red that was more like the classic Ruby Woo and so purchased this from Naheed Super Market on Rabiyah's recommendation.

8) Color Studio Professional - Color Play Lipstick - Firecrackers. Color Studio recently launched a new line of Lipsticks called Color Play and I had to try it. Purchased this from Naheed Super Market. It was in my January Wish-List.

9) NYX - Matte Lipstick - Alabama. This was sent to me by Pakistan Beauty Society. I actually won their Halloween Competition (with this look) and this was sent to me as a prize.

10) ColourPop Ultra Matte Liquid Lipstick - Trap.  I finally jumped on the Liquid Lipstick specially ColourPop Ultra Matte bandwagon. This color in particular is such a unique and in-trend shade so I ordered it from Zensky. Finally ticked it off my February Wish-List.

11) ColourPop Ultra Matte Liquid Lipstick - Lumiere 2. This is exactly what made me hop on the ultra-matte-bandwagon! Ya'll know how much I love Kathleen Light (YouTuber) so I knew I had to get it as soon as she came out with this. I have reviewed her first ColourPop Lippie Stix in Lumiere. Lumiere 2 is said to be it's Liquid Lipstick version.I ordered it from Zensky. It was in my February Wish-List.

12) Essence - Longlasting Lip Liner - Sweetheart 02. I recently started investing in lip liners and learned that they help a lot for a neat and precise application. Also they provide a good base for Liquid Lipsticks. I didn't have any pink lip liner so chose this and I ordered these from Beauty Bar. It was included in my January Wish-List.

13) Essence - Longlasting Lip Liner - Lovely Frappuccino 05. One can never have enough nude lip pencils, right? This is the my nude lip pencil and I have yet to try it. I ordered this from Beauty Bar. This was in my January Wish-List.

14) Milani - Baked Blush - Berry Amore. Ever since I got and fell in love with Luminoso I had to get another shade from this amazing range and this is the second shade I picked up. I ordered this from Zensky. 

15) Jordana - Blush Powder - Coral Radiance. This is my first blush-purchase from Jordana and I came across them through Kathleen Lights and immediately placed an order when she shared a different shade in her Makeup Stash - Drugstore video (watch here). This color, as bright as it is, caught my eyes first. I ordered this from Beauty Bar. This was in my January Wish-List.

16) Jordana - Blush Powder - Touch Of Pink. With Coral Radiance I went ahead and ordered this shade too because I love these kind of shades for blushers. I ordered this from Beauty Bar. It was also in my January Wish-List.

17) Essence - Silky Touch Blush - Baby Doll. This purchase again is inspired by Kathleen XD I need to do a YouTube Made Me Buy This post, don't I? It was shared by her in her Makeup Stash - Drugstore Blush video which I have linked above. I ordered it from Beauty Bar.

18) INGLOT Cosmetics - Freedom System Eyeshadow - 504. I received this in a Goody Bag, along with the one-eyeshadow palette, by Walnut Communication on the Launch of INGLOT Cosmetics in Dolmen City Mall. The color is a pretty Turquoise shade.

I had fun writing this collective haul, i hope you feel the same reading it, if you did, let me know also if you want review on any of these first and I'll be glad to oblige.

September Favorites!

Hello there!

It has to be the most used cliche ever but, Time flies so fast! As we start with the month of Halloween and my official start to Fall, it's time to share what I have been loving in the month of September!

1. Freeman Facial Polishing Mask- Charcoal & Black Sugar:
          It is by far the most amazing exfoliating mask I've used! I apply it to my entire face and neck and leave it on for 2 minutes, for the charcoal in it to work and then gently scrub before rinsing it off. I scrub in circular motion until the sugar in it dissolves. It takes off all the impurities from my skin and leave it thoroughly cleaned, exfoliated, smooth and supple! It even get rids of the blackheads on my nose. I LOVE IT!!

2. Rimmel Exaggerate Waterproof Eye Definer - In The Nude:
          For a more natural look, I love using this in my waterline. I have always used NYX Milk for that wide awake look but after trying this, it's all I have been using the past month for my minimal eye-makeups.

3. e.l.f Studio Cream Eyeliner - Black:
          This glides on so smoothly and is so pigmented aaand is so effortless. I have been using it for almost all my eye-makeups. It sets down nicely and is quite black.You can see it in action here.

4. e.l.f Studio Eyeshadow Primer - Sheer:
           This the only primer I have been using and loving for the past couple of month! This is what I react out for most of my eye makeup looks, subtle or dramatic. It makes the eyeshadows last longer without creasing and also makes the color vibrant and stand out more, I do set it with a powder though for the shadows to blend easily. 5. Victoria Garden Secret Charm Body Wash - HoneySuckle and Jasmine:
          Oh how I have been adoring the fresh scent and how it moisturizes my body! It smells like fresh honeysuckle with a touch of jasmine. Although the scent is not long lasting at all or strong either but it makes me feel so fresh, light and moisturized. I guess the honeysuckle has a calming effect on me. I love the fragrance and I highly recommend if you like soft and fresh fragrances.
